A free support group that offers community members with diabetes, and their friends and family, an opportunity to learn more about managing diabetes
The one-hour format allows participants time to share their problems, questions and coping techniques

The Diabetes Self-Management Education Program has been awarded Education Recognition by the American Diabetes Association and may be reimbursable by Medicare and other insurance payors.
